What's your turnaround time?
Standard orders ship within 3-5 business days. Rush printing is available for an additional fee (1-2 business days). Bulk orders may require 7-10 business days.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, JPG, PNG, and SVG files. For best print quality, vector files (AI/EPS/SVG) are recommended. Minimum resolution: 300 DPI.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! Our design team can help create or modify your artwork for optimal printing. Design services start at £25. Upload your ideas and we'll provide a quote.
What's your return policy?
Custom printed items are non-returnable unless defective. We offer replacements for printing errors or damaged items. Standard products can be returned within 14 days.
