Personalised Goods Terms
Important Production GuidelinesAll customised and personalised products created by PrintShed24 are subject to these specific terms. By placing an order for personalised goods, you agree to comply with these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
- All personalised goods are made-to-order Cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective No refunds for approved artwork/proofs Size/color changes after approval not permitted
Production Requirements
- Minimum order quantity may apply Production begins after final approval Lead times: 3-10 business days Rush orders: 50% surcharge applies
Important Notice
Once production begins on personalised items, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review all artwork and details carefully before approval.
Artwork Upload Rules
Technical SpecificationsTo ensure the highest quality printing results, all artwork files must meet our technical specifications. Files not meeting these requirements may require rework at additional cost.
File Requirements
- Accepted Formats: AI, EPS, PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI Color Mode: CMYK recommended Maximum Size: 50MB per file Bleed Area: 3mm for full-bleed designs
Common Issues
- Low-resolution images will appear pixelated RGB colors may shift during CMYK conversion Fonts must be outlined or embedded Transparent backgrounds may not print correctly Vector files preferred for best quality

Copyright & Ownership Rules
Your Rights ProtectedWe respect intellectual property rights and require that all submitted artwork complies with copyright laws. You retain ownership of your original designs while we handle production.
Customer Ownership
- You retain 100% ownership of original artwork We do not claim rights to your designs Files stored securely for order fulfillment Automatic deletion after 2 years of inactivity
Copyright Compliance
- Must own or license all artwork elements No trademark or copyright infringement Proper attribution for licensed elements Respect third-party intellectual property
Legal Responsibilities
By submitting artwork, you certify that you have the legal right to use all included elements. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing potentially infringing material and may require proof of ownership or licensing.
Artwork Approval Responsibility
Customer Verification RequiredThe final responsibility for artwork approval lies with the customer. Once approved, production begins and changes cannot be made without additional charges.
Approval Checklist
- Spelling and grammar checked All text elements correct Colors match expectations Layout and positioning correct Bleed areas properly set Fonts display correctly
Approval Timeline
- Digital proofs provided within 24-48 hours 7 days to review and approve Automatic approval after 7 days Rush approval: 24-hour turnaround Multiple revisions may delay production
Final Responsibility
Once you approve the artwork proof, you accept full responsibility for any errors, including spelling mistakes, incorrect colors, or layout issues. Production will proceed based on the approved proof.
Customer Indemnity Clause
Legal ProtectionThis indemnity clause outlines your responsibility to protect PrintShed24 from legal claims arising from your use of our services or submitted content.
Indemnification Agreement
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Any claim that your artwork infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights Defamatory Content: Any claim that your content is defamatory, libelous, or violates privacy rights Illegal Content: Any claim arising from illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material Breach of Agreement: Any claim resulting from your breach of these terms and conditions Third-Party Claims: Any claim by third parties related to your use of our services
Important Legal Notice
This indemnity clause remains in effect even after your relationship with PrintShed24 ends. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense.
